At Avonni, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return address. Returns sent after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Status & In-Transit Packages

Orders that are currently in transit cannot be refunded until the package has been delivered and the return process has been completed.

If you would like a refund after delivery, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order according to the conditions outlined in this policy.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, clearance items, or products purchased during certain promotional discounts may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Gift cards are also non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can review the situation and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to health or safety reasons, including:

• Personal care or beauty products
• Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)
• Custom or personalized items
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the following conditions:

• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging
• With tags attached
• Proof of purchase included


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the original order will be replaced with the requested item. Once an exchange has been processed, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
