At Avonni, we work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping and fulfillment policies.
Order Processing
All orders require 2–3 business days of processing time before shipment.
Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled or modified.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

High Order Volume
Due to high demand and viral promotions, orders may occasionally experience slight delays in processing or shipping.
Our team works hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience during peak periods.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are our estimated delivery times:

Shipping times do not include processing time.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or high order volume.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, your order is protected.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, you may choose between:
• A free replacement shipment
• A full refund
For orders placed with Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship the package if it is confirmed lost during transit.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking has not updated, please contact us.

Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, Avonni cannot guarantee replacement or refunds.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Missing Packages
Avonni is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and replace the order at no additional cost.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Avonni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with:
• Household members
• Neighbors
• Your local shipping carrier
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, Avonni is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to customs charges depending on your country’s regulations.
